Generative AI for Intelligent Automation: A Review of Applications in Industry 5.0
Main Article Content
Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence is transforming Industry 5.0 by enabling intelligent automation, human-AI collaboration, and adaptive manufacturing systems. This paper reviews the role of generative models such as GANs and large language models in industrial applications, including predictive design, digital twins, and automated decision-making. It explores benefits such as efficiency, customization, and cost reduction, while also addressing challenges related to model reliability, data security, and ethical concerns. The study highlights future directions in integrating generative AI with robotics and cyber-physical systems for sustainable industrial innovation.
