Dr. Divya Gupta is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educator with over two decades of experience in higher education, computer science, and emerging technologies. She currently serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Information Technology at Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, where she leads academic, research, and administrative initiatives while mentoring future technology professionals. Prior to this role, she served as Guest Faculty at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) and held academic positions in the United States and India, including a distinguished tenure of over twelve years as Assistant Professor at Amity University, Noida. Her teaching and research interests encompass Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Data Structures, and Speech Processing. Dr. Gupta earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jagan Nath University, Jaipur, with research focused on developing robust Automatic Speech Recognition Systems. She has authored numerous research publications in reputed national and international journals and conferences, particularly in speech recognition, emotion recognition, machine learning, and signal processing. An active contributor to academic excellence, she has participated in accreditation initiatives including NAAC, IET, and ABET and has organized and contributed to several international conferences, faculty development programs, and research activities. Anvesh Katipelly is a distinguished technology leader, researcher, and innovator in Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing, and Enterprise Software Architecture. He currently serves as a Staff Software Engineer at PayPal Data Services Inc., Austin, Texas, USA, where he has over eleven years of experience architecting and delivering large-scale AI-enabled financial platforms and mission-critical distributed systems. At PayPal, he is the principal architect of NudgeHub – Proactive Studio, an AI-driven platform for predictive customer engagement and autonomous resolution, and has also led the development of globally scaled platforms such as InfoCenter and ChatEIPNodeWeb. An accomplished IEEE researcher, Anvesh has authored pioneering works including Hierarchical Agentic Orchestration for Microservices: A Neuro-Symbolic Framework (2025) and Generative Autonomic Microservices: Self-Evolving Architecture for Zero-Touch Resilience (2026), contributing significantly to the advancement of agentic AI and autonomous systems.
